The Conifers Nursing Home is a Luxury purpose built 55 bedded Nursing Home situated in the village of Hambleton enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet only minutes away from the local shopping areas of Poulton-Le-Fylde, Cleveleys and Blackpool. Conifers Nursing Home is registered to provide accommodation for up to 55 people who require nursing or personal care. The service supports older people with dementia nursing needs.

Activities are one of the most important aspects of our care home, enabling companionship and quality of life. Our team lead by our activity’s coordinator are dedicated to ensuring residents are entertained through bespoke activities.
